About the Role

The Company is seeking an RVP Sales for the Northeast region. The primary focus of this role is to engage with new hospitals and health systems, nurture both new and existing client opportunities, and secure high-quality client contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly with SaaS offerings to healthcare institutions, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include making new client introductions, progressing complex sales with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining a dynamic and accurate sales pipeline. The role demands a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of excelling in an entrepreneurial environment.The successful candidate will be expected to have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare market and a deep understanding of the acute care setting, particularly in the areas of CDI/Coding, Revenue Cycle, and Finance. They should be adept at managing a complex consultative sales process, both in-person and virtually, and have the ability to build and leverage executive relationships within the healthcare industry. The RVP Sales will work closely with the executive team to close deals, so a strong business acumen, integrity, and the ability to align with the company's values are essential. The role also requires strong planning and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and collaboration.
