The role also involves engaging with various stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships to support the company's objectives.Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of senior leadership experience in the home services industry, particularly in multi-state operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing strategic plans, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets. Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The role requires the ability to travel frequently within the region and occasionally nationally. The Regional Vice President will work closely with brand leaders, the marketing team, finance, HR, safety, and recruiting, and must be adept at building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
