The ideal candidate will have experience in a matrix management environment, with exposure to human resources, finance, and/or sales and marketing functions. They should be adept at building and maintaining client relationships, as well as leading cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence. The role requires an entrepreneurial leader with a strong focus on both the strategic and tactical aspects of the business and the ability to identify and deliver value-added service offerings. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the candidate should be a strong communicator, with the ability to articulate the organization's goals and inspire others to follow.
