About the Role: Project Manager

As a Project Manager with us, you'll be the point person and guide for homeowners and tradesmen. Your role is multifaceted, and includes leading a team of skilled trades to deliver exceptional quality basement finishes and remodels. This is a full-time, on-site position to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet our high standards and client satisfaction. Here's what you can look forward to:

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure client satisfaction through meticulous project management.
  • Lead and supervise teams to execute projects efficiently.
  • Maintain project schedules, anticipating and addressing challenges.
  • Foster positivity and resilience in handling project complexities.
  • Contribute actively to company growth.

Your Success Metrics:

  • Maintaining positive and safe job sites.
  • Adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  • Garnering positive feedback from trades and homeowners.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing remodel and basement finish projects from start to finish.
  • Project preparation, including reviewing plans, estimates, and permit requirements prior to job start.
  • Building and managing project schedules.
  • Communicating with homeowners and trades.
  • Managing materials and ensuring supplies are on the job when they need to be and are in good working order.
  • Coordinating with homeowners and ensuring we meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Building strong trade partner relationships and collaborating to ensure project success.
  • Managing 4-6 projects concurrently.
  • Ensuring projects end on time and within budget.
  • Daily site visits to check project progress, ensure quality of work, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Using project management software.

What We're Looking For:

  • Construction Experience: 3 years
  • Project Management Experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic, high level of integrity and professionalism, and high moral standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle, and smartphone
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and encourage teams
  • Ability to negotiate, creatively problem solve, and resolve issues effectively and in a professional manner
  • Understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations
