Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as a Restaurant Manager and General for a Korean franchise restaurant. The ideal candidates must be fluent in Korean and English, have experience in restaurant management, and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, inventory control, and staff supervision
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Oversee kitchen operations, including working closely with the chef and kitchen staff
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and overall presentation-

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service management industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Proficiency in inventory control and ordering processes
- Ability to handle cash transactions and manage financial records
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
