Job Description The Retail General Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, profitability, and team supervision and development. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in retail management, a keen eye for interior design, and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

What We Offer
What You Do
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
2. Sales and Customer Service:
Drive sales growth by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations. Ensure a seamless design and shopping experience by resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Implement sales strategies and promotions to maximize revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
3. Inventory Management and Merchandising:
Oversee inventory control processes in partnership with Logistics Manager. Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize product assortment and availability.
4. Operations and Administration:
Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Monitor expenses and budgetary targets, implementing cost-effective measures to improve profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and team coaching. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, outlining store performance and actionable insights. Develop and execute strategies to address challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities
