International Film & TV Sales Assistant

Full Time Job

Your role is to assist head of International sales and distribution. We are looking for a self-starter, go-getter, very flexible hours. THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION, NOT REMOTE. Looking to hire ASAP.

Excellent ground floor opportunity for the right person to learn all aspects of the business.

Your responsibilities include:

Setting all meetings with clients, handling sales follow-up and tracking, facilitating conference calls with international clients, arranging all market preparations including applications, forms, payments, shipping, etc.

Generating a variety of reports in Excel. Strong computer skills (Mac Eco System) including strong Excel skills are essential.

Strong time management and multi-tasking skills are needed and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to work independently, efficiently, and be able to meet deadlines under strict time constraints.

Understanding of Film Business and the international Film and TV markets including AFM, EFM, MIPCOM is essential.

Perform and manage general office duties.
