Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in managing sales teams? If so, we are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee and support our team of Project Managers. In this role, you will ensure that our Project Managers deliver exceptional service and achieve their sales targets. You will be responsible for training, guiding, and motivating the team to maximize their performance in providing estimates and solutions to homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and support a team of Project Managers to ensure they meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and techniques of the sales team, focusing on achieving the “one visit close” in in-home appointments.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of Project Managers, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversion rates from qualified leads and maximize revenue.
• Customer Engagement: Oversee customer interactions to ensure Project Managers are providing accurate estimates and effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Quality Control: Ensure all documentation is processed promptly and correctly, and that all projects comply with company standards.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the coordination between the sales team, customer service, dispatch department, remediation crews, and insurance carriers to ensure smooth operations and timely responses.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and concise communication between Project Managers, customers, company management, and other stakeholders.
• Meeting Participation: Attend and lead weekly meetings with the sales team and upper management to discuss performance, strategies, and improvements.
• Flexibility and Availability: Be available for overtime and some holidays as needed to support the team and ensure project completion.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on in-home sales or related fields.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Sales Expertise: Strong background in sales techniques and strategies, particularly in achieving quick closes in one visit.
