A nation-wide provider of Security service is seeking on Account Manager in the Bolingbrook, IL area. This is a full-time salaried position, offering an annual salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 annually - dependent on experience. Typical hours are standard business weekdays, but the candidate must have the flexibility to work weekends and other shifts as needed.

Candidate must have the ability to:

• Manage and lead projects.
• Plan, schedule, implement and track training for officers/supervisors.
• Have daily communication with the client and security management team.
• Develop, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
• Direct, coordinate and manage all site security personnel when responding to alarms and emergencies.
• Investigate and resolve issues and breaches.
• Manage administrative and operational functions to ensure the working schedule is accurate, projected working schedule is posted, vacation or time off requests are within company policy and guidelines

Qualifications Needed:

• Associates degree or higher.
• A minimum of 2 years of related management experience including security, law enforcement, or military is highly desired.
• Demonstrated management proficiency.
• Must be comfortable using technology.
• Surveillance skills.
• Ability to analyze information and inform others.
• Great customer service skills.
• Experience with staffing, tracking budget expenses, reporting, and schedule management.
• Ability to work additional hours and shifts as needed for emergencies and special coverage.
