About the Role

The Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as drafting and advising on 34-act reports, security compliance, and ESG matters, as well as providing legal training and support for M&A transactions and other special projects.The ideal candidate for this position at the company is a highly skilled professional with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal, strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills are essential. The role demands a candidate who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, exercise sound legal judgment, and stay abreast of external governance trends and legal best practices. Familiarity with the medical devices industry is a plus. The Senior Corporate Counsel will play a critical role in the legal Securities and M&A team, ensuring that the company's legal affairs are in order and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
