About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal, commercial, and operational support to the Sales, Services, Cloud, and Sales Operations teams, with a specific focus on driving and closing U.S. Public sector deals. This includes negotiations and management of complex agreements, maintaining commercial terms, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role demands a strategic and analytical approach, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and establish credibility with both internal and external executive stakeholders. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be involved in contract management activities, from RFP support to fulfillment, and must be adept at resolving customer and sales team inquiries in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should hold a Law degree and be in good standing with the applicable State Bar, with a minimum of 8 years' experience supporting U.S. Public sector sales. Expertise in negotiation, organization, and attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-growth, changing workplace. The role requires strong drafting skills and experience with MS Word and other digital tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles, be flexible and adaptable, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment.
