About the Role

The Senior Counsel will be at the forefront of AI law, including ethical considerations and bias mitigation, and will also be involved in contract review and negotiation.Applicants for this role should have a Juris Doctorate from a U.S. accredited institution, be licensed to practice law in one or more states, and have a minimum of 8 years of legal experience with a focus on data privacy, whether in a law firm or a corporate in-house position. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment, make informed legal decisions, and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities also include providing training on data privacy best practices and AI legal implications, so a strong background in these areas is required.
