About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel for Strategy, Risk & Operations with a focus on Outside Counsel Management. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading strategic initiatives and streamlining processes within the global governance framework. The Senior Counsel will be responsible for negotiating service agreements, identifying and mitigating data security risks, and managing the performance of legal service vendors. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, be licensed to practice, and possess a minimum of 5 years' of legal experience.The role at the company is ideal for a legal professional with a passion for process improvement, automation, and cost control. The Senior Counsel will be expected to design and implement a legal vendor management program, provide leadership with operational support, and identify emerging legal trends and technologies.
