Our Client is seeking an attorney to join its Real Estate law firm as a Senior Associate.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of real estate experience with a track record of negotiating, managing, and closing acquisitions, dispositions, and related financings. Ideal candidates will have firm experience in at least four of the following areas, and interested in gaining experience in others:

• Real property acquisitions and dispositions
• Joint ventures
• Commercial leasing
• Condominiums and cooperatives (Formation, Buy-Sell)
• Real estate litigation
• Construction, design, and other professional contracts
• Corporate governance
• Private equity
• Debt and equity structuring
• Mortgage and mezzanine financing
• Real estate development and land use

This individual would thrive in an entrepreneurial culture and be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility. They must also work cooperatively and collaboratively to help build a successful and growing company.
