About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Global Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-growth, multi-billion-dollar global sales organization within the semiconductor industry. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the semiconductor market, EDA tool flows, and a proven track record in formulating and executing successful sales strategies. The SVP will be instrumental in managing customer relationships, setting business strategies, and identifying high-impact investments to drive the company's success. They will also be tasked with leading a solutions-selling focus, particularly in driving new business, and must have a relentless focus on the customer with a strong technical background in EDA portfolio experience.Applicants for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, and have at least 15 years of experience in the EDA industry. The role requires a leader with excellent business judgment, a dedicated focus on competitive and technology landscapes, and a proven ability to build and motivate high-performance sales teams. The SVP will be expected to have a strong technical background in EDA, focused on integrated circuits, verification, emulation, simulation, and physical layout and design. They should also demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to lead in a global, matrixed environment. A history of success in selling complex technical solutions and the ability to travel frequently are also essential.
