About the Role

The Company is seeking a Strategy Senior Lead Analyst to join their Enterprise Workforce Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a 3-5 year strategy, roadmap, and priorities that align with the company's workforce management vision and value proposition. This role involves designing and developing strategy presentations for executives, facilitating demand management, prioritization, and capacity planning, as well as overseeing budget and resource management for workforce management processes. The Analyst will also be tasked with measuring, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of strategic priorities, and leading initiatives to digitize and automate end user computing tools. Additionally, the role includes leading engagement and culture initiatives to address employee feedback and outcomes.Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, with a background in project planning, management, and prior consulting experience. The role requires a professional with a deep understanding of consumer financial services businesses and operating models, and a proven track record of strategic thinking, analytic skills, and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating data into executive-level presentations, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to influence and collaborate across a large, complex organization. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a potential preference for a Master's degree. The role demands a high level of responsibility, the ability to manage staff, and a commitment to promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
