About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Controller with a proven track record in financial leadership to join their dynamic, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight, preparation, and analysis of the company's global consolidated financial results, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and other relevant regulations. This role demands a leader with a strong background in global controller operations, including revenue accounting, monthly close processes, and payroll operations. The Global Controller will also be instrumental in developing and executing globally standardized accounting policies, overseeing the implementation of key SOX controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's objectives.Applicants must have an accounting or finance degree from an accredited university, a CPA certification, and at least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including a background in Big 4 public accounting firms. Experience in a similar role within a multinational U.S. public company with a revenue of $2.0 billion or more is essential, and IPO experience is a plus. The role requires a transformational leader who is adept at driving change, particularly in the areas of automation and offshoring, and who can foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner, a people-focused leader, and a champion of the company's core behaviors, including staying curious, seeking clarity, and owning outcomes.
