About the Role
The Company is in search of a Global Head of Total Rewards, a Senior Vice President level role, to spearhead the development and expansion of its compensation and benefits philosophy. This strategic leader will be responsible for all facets of compensation and benefits, including plan design, implementation, management, and ongoing evaluation, and will work closely with the Human Resources and Finance teams to ensure the total rewards strategy aligns with the company's rapid growth and business objectives.Key responsibilities for this role at the company include leading and mentoring the Total Rewards team, owning the compensation and benefits programs for all countries with employees, and managing the global benchmarking, data analysis, and program development processes. The role requires a hands-on approach to global compensation and benefits, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs, and demands a leader who can make balanced decisions based on employee feedback and competitive landscape analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading annual compensation processes, managing M&A transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage a team, and experience with change management in a growth organization are also essential.
