About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy. This senior leadership position is responsible for being the primary voice of the brand and driving its expansion through the planning, development, and execution of marketing and communication initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of driving growth, broadening brand awareness, and leading a diverse team of marketing professionals. Key responsibilities include overseeing all central marketing and communication efforts, such as advertising, digital and content marketing, strategic partnerships, events, web, brand, and public relations.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving results and will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives. This includes leading the team to enhance digital advertising channels, leveraging digital tools to measure and optimize campaigns, and expanding the use of data for personalization and enhanced client relationship management. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing relationships with external partners, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels. The Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing will work closely with the CEO and top management to adjust plans in alignment with the company's schedules and will be responsible for the professional growth and development of the marketing team.
