About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Housing Support Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that serve clients, funding sources, internal customers, and communities. The role involves direct management of the department's organizational design, structure, goals, and action plans, and ensuring compliance with contractual and organizational requirements. Maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders and proactively addressing issues that may impact programs or funding is essential.Applicants must have at least 7 years of senior management experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting, or a combination of experience and a Bachelor's degree. Excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and mentor supervisors, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and experience in budget management with multiple funding streams are required. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred. The role involves supervisory responsibilities, including staff evaluation, feedback, and training. The candidate should be adept at identifying and addressing areas for program improvement and be current with trends in program design and funding within the affordable housing field.
