The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Line of Business Risk Manager for Retail Branch and Treasury Management Services. This strategic role is pivotal in building and enhancing the risk framework for the specific line of business, serving as a key leader in the first line of defense. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all regulatory and internal examinations, designing and implementing operational risk policies, and ensuring their adherence within the business. Maintaining strong partnerships with business and risk management executives is essential, as is the effective execution of operational risk programs, including data collection, scenario analysis, and risk mitigation planning.To excel in this position, candidates must have a solid understanding of operational risk within retail branch or treasury management services, with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in risk management or audit. The role requires a hands-on approach to supporting the first line of defense, particularly in the development and monitoring of the bank's risk and control self-assessment process. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, solution-driven business partner, with the ability to lead and engage a team in continuous improvement of risk practices. Responsibilities also include leading LOB-specific risk committees and participating in the enterprise-wide management risk committee, making strong communication and leadership skills essential for this senior-level position.
