About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for New Customer Acquisition in the North America region. This executive will be instrumental in driving new customer wins for the enterprise business segment, with a focus on large-scale IT and engineering staffing and IT outsourcing services deals. The role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in big deal sales, the execution of client value creation strategies, and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends in the IT and engineering services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed business budgets, setting the sales vision, and collaborating with global sales teams to drive large-scale deals. Additionally, the SVP will be accountable for creating a strong pipeline of prospective large clients, overseeing the sales funnel, and ensuring the needed number of new wins are closed consistently.Applicants for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 10 years in sales management and at least 15 years of B2B sales experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, including digital, software, cloud, infrastructure, security, data analytics, and AI. Experience in selling domestic and global solutions, as well as a strong ethical compass, is essential. The SVP will be responsible for hiring and developing new customer acquisition teams, training and mentoring sales staff, and ensuring high standards of quality and ethical conduct in all sales practices. The role requires a high level of proficiency in sales forecasting, planning, and reporting, as well as the ability to establish a sales culture rooted in the company's values and highest ethical standards. The candidate should be adept at working with senior management, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
