About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Strategy who will be responsible for driving profitable growth across multiple business lines. The successful candidate will challenge the status quo, act as a change agent, and develop and execute creative strategies and solutions. They will lead the Business Development team in originating, screening, and underwriting growth, acquisition, and investment opportunities, as well as oversee industry research, competitive analysis, and transaction structuring. This role requires a senior leader with a proven track record in financial and economic decision-making, corporate/business development, and experience in capital allocation, investments, and acquisitions. The candidate should also have a strong background in team, culture, and talent development, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Basic qualifications for this role include senior leadership experience, deep financial and economic decision-making experience, and a background in corporate/business development. P&L ownership experience and a broad range of technology and industry experience within The Company's key markets are preferred. The ideal candidate will be an intrinsic self-starter, an effective leader, and a trusted thought partner. They should have the capability, risk profile, and enthusiasm to lead a team and deliver strong strategic and economic thinking that transforms business results and increases long-term value.
