About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead the clinical and non-clinical functions of a Population Health Business Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and positive patient outcomes within the value-based care delivery and prevention models. This role requires a leader who can reduce unnecessary utilization, total cost of care, and medical loss ratio, and who has a proven track record in population health and healthcare operational management. The SVP will be expected to have a strong educational background in a relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in the industry, and the ability to manage a significant P&L. Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of population health management strategies, building and motivating high-performance teams, and fostering strong community and provider partnerships.Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operations position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have at least 10 years of experience in population health and/or healthcare operational management. A background in global health, health management, or business administration is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in reducing unnecessary utilization and total cost of care, as well as experience in managing a large P&L and working in a high-growth organization.
