About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP for Revenue Transformation to join their extended Executive Sales Leadership Team. This fully remote role is pivotal in providing thought leadership and driving strategic revenue initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing organization-wide priorities, ensuring corporate alignment, and leading a team that includes sales enablement and sales strategy leaders. Key responsibilities for the SVP include strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, communication management, problem-solving, change management, and performance monitoring. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field, at least 15 years' experience in a senior role driving sales cross-functional initiatives, and a proven track record in driving strategic business outcomes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, strategy, and planning, with experience in managing a high-functioning strategy and planning function. They should be comfortable with all aspects of the revenue generation process and possess the ability to lead, resolve conflict, and drive consensus across various departments. The SVP must be highly skilled in using data to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives, and in designing scalable, data-driven solutions. Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus. The role demands an individual who is proactive, can work in an often-ambiguous environment, and has exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also be adept at Microsoft programs and have the ability to travel occasionally.
