The successful candidates will be part of a start-up energy transition financier with a unique proposition, providing a tax equity alternative for development projects and sponsors facing challenges in obtaining traditional tax equity. The role involves structuring minority, structured equity investments, and tax partnerships that support project development, with a focus on allowing the sponsor to retain a majority of the economic interest and operate the project. Expertise in structuring tax equity deals from an investor's perspective is essential, and the company is open to candidates with 6 to 15 years of experience in the field.Applicants for this role should be expert transactors from leading tax equity banks, capable of bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. The company is backed by a significant PE investor and is looking to make multiple hires for this critical function. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the intricacies of tax equity and project finance, with a proven track record in structuring successful deals.
