The Company is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Technology to lead the technology strategy and transformational project of developing a new, state-of-the-art stadium. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the tech vision of the stadium, including cutting-edge infrastructure and smart, sustainable solutions. This role involves strategic leadership to ensure the club's technology is at the forefront of the industry, with a focus on leveraging emerging technologies for a competitive edge. Enhancing fan experience through digital solutions, advanced systems, and cybersecurity measures to protect fan data is also a key aspect of the position. The SVP, Technology will be expected to optimize operational processes through technology and data analytics, as well as build and mentor a high-performing tech team that fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration.Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Technology role at the company must have a proven track record in leading technology strategies, particularly in the context of a new stadium, venue, or arena. A minimum of 10 years' experience in the sports and/or entertainment industry is required, along with strong experience in leading dynamic technology teams and deep knowledge of fan engagement solutions. The role demands a leader who can not only manage reliable and scalable IT infrastructure but also is adept at driving operational excellence through technology. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of aligning technology with the business objectives of the club, and will have a passion for innovation and the dedication to creating a world-class fan experience.
