Overview:

We are seeking a Service Coordinator/Customer Service individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service requests, communicating with customers, and supporting the sales team.

Duties:

• Provide a high level of service to our customers.
• Receives and/or returns call to customers requesting service.
• Collects all appropriate information to include address, phone and payment information.
• Schedules service Calls with customers same day as request, no later than 24 hours unless closed next business day.
• Schedule product deliveries with customers.
• Sends out templates to customers within 24 hours of service or delivery.
• Perform other duties relevant to this position.
• Perform other duties as needed and requested by management or owners.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Ability to carry out verbal and written instructions
• Ability to plan
• Ability to solve problems
• A working knowledge of computers
• Must possess professional integrity and confidentiality
• Must establish effective working relationships with other employees
• Must be a team player
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 Performance based bonus program
