Summary:

Resolve any conflicts with builders or homeowners. Assign repair work to service technicians and ensure work is completed in a timely manner. Handle front desk duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve conflicts with builders or homeowners promptly and professionally.
  • Assign repair work to service technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule and oversee fieldwork, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest building codes and OSHA regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Use drafting skills to prepare and review plans and specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports using Microsoft products and QuickBooks.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Service Manager or similar role in a construction or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and remain resilient under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
