Confidential is Hiring a Skilled Construction Project Manager Near Coeur d'Alene, ID

We are looking for a Skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of running multiple jobs at the same time in multiple locations, have excellent customer relation skills, good communication skills, and is able to provide a culture that employees thrive under. Has to have a very keen understanding of all residential building practices.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following

  • Insuring jobs $5-$1 million are performing from start to finish
  • Managing subcontractors
  • Managing customers expections
  • Knowledge of Xactimate a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
