About the Role

The successful candidate will be a customer champion, providing valuable feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance the customer experience. This role involves leading the strategy and execution of new client acquisitions, particularly in the area of global risk and supply chain transformations. The Solutions Sales Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, and various business units, to ensure that prospects are well-informed about the software offerings and the benefits they bring. Applicants for the Solutions Sales Director position at the company should possess a minimum of 7-10 years' of experience in field sales for software companies, with a focus on digital transformation, Agile PPM, ERP, BI, or other enterprise solutions. A strong background in strategic selling, the ability to work effectively in a multi-product setting, and experience in partner relationship management are essential. The role requires a candidate with excellent business acumen, the ability to effectively position and negotiate value, and a history of quota outperformance. Sales certifications in Challenger, SPIN Selling, or Certified Sales Executive are preferred.
