A leading fashion brand is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Miami location. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the brand's values and delivers exceptional customer service. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that inspires and motivates team members.
• Sales & Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals, while maximizing profitability through effective inventory management and loss prevention.
• Customer Experience: Lead by example in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for all customers. Ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey, exceeding expectations and fostering brand loyalty.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing and brand-consistent store environment, following company guidelines for window displays, product placement, and overall store presentation.
• Operations & Administration: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including scheduling, budgeting, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with local influencers and partners to generate brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the store.
• Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports for store leadership.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and profitability targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
• Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail software (POS systems) a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
