Position Overview: We are seeking a Store Manager who will lead and inspire customers and team members alike. As a leader, you will foster a culture centered on outstanding customer service, financial responsibility, and team development, blending business acumen and operational expertise to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to meet or surpass budgeted sales, payroll, and expense targets.
• Train and motivate associates in sales, service, and product knowledge to ensure exceptional customer focus.
• Evaluate performance, provide coaching and feedback, and deliver performance appraisals and development plans.
• Develop recruiting strategies to build a talent pipeline and fill open roles.
• Cultivate a respectful work environment that values and appreciates individual differences.
• Plan, prioritize, and adjust schedules and daily agendas to meet business objectives, holding the team accountable for achieving goals.
• Ensure effective floor management and staff coverage in all areas of the store.
• Communicate, maintain, and consistently follow all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with peers and area managers to develop best practices in store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of management experience in a specialty retail or multi-unit retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team to exceed sales goals while managing payroll.
• Ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
• Talent for identifying top talent, building teams, and training/developing/retaining staff.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Full-time availability to meet business needs.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test required for employment/promotion.

• Frequent standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
• Regular handling, feeling, and reaching with hands and arms.
• Occasional sitting; regular climbing or balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
