Overview
Our client is an international design studio and marketing agency work with some of the country's largest architecture, design firms, and real estate developers on projects in the Boston, Chicago, New York City, Washington D.C., and other major cities in the US.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the business objectives.
• Execute and refine the existing strategic marketing plan as needed.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation and client retention efforts.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
