Job Title: Project Manager (Supply Chain)
Work Location: Irvine, CA
Project Duration: 6 months Contract
Pay Range: $60- 65/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Job Description
Drive the implementation of an operational start-up or closedown, process improvement initiative, network redesign, systems deployment, or network-wide projects that span a broad spectrum of multifunctional aspects of the business. Accountable for the creation and maintenance of a realistic timeline, complete with milestones, targets, and identification of responsible parties. Handles many tasks and assignments directly, delegating as needed to other subject matter experts. Will ensure stakeholder and shareholder buy-in and facilitate regular communication to convey progress, inhibitors, or roadblocks to the successful completion.

• Ability to assess project health at defined stage gates and provide critical analysis to support the decision to proceed or not to proceed with the project.
• Outstanding ability to navigate between the art and science of project management.
• Excellent knowledge of system development life cycle methodology and project management techniques.
• Ability to use advanced Estimation techniques including PERT (Program Evaluation & Review Technique) and CPM.
• Expertise with financial, retail, human resource, or logistics systems.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio.
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a similar discipline with analytical bias.
• At least 5 years of multiple Supply Chain Service line experience (Transportation, Warehousing, LLP, etc.) preferred.
• 6 years of relevant experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Project Management certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and work at the specific location required.
