About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Customer Success for Regulated Industries, with a focus on financial services, healthcare, and life sciences. The successful candidate will lead a team of Customer Success Managers, driving customer health and loyalty through product adoption, expertise, and technical health. The role involves creating and nurturing C-level relationships, collaborating with various internal teams, and operationalizing programs to ensure scalable and consistent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building and growing high-performing organizations, experience in enterprise software and customer success, and a deep understanding of CRM systems and complex IT deployments.Candidates for this role should be business and technology professionals with over 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in enterprise software and 7 years in customer success. Experience in regulated industries is preferred. The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and a passion for technology and innovation. A detailed understanding of enterprise CRM systems, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a degree or equivalent relevant experience are also necessary. The SVP will be expected to travel regionally and must be open to a demanding role that requires a high level of execution and strategic thinking.
