We are a Confidential Dealer in the Tri State Area and we are in need of a Seasoned Used Car Manager!

The Ideal Candidate is an experienced Used Car Manager who is a Leader and who knows how to train, and coach the sales floor on a day to day, based on the demand of a growing dealership staff! This is a Used Car Manager role and you will need to desk deals as well. We are looking for someone who is an Inventory Management Guru. We are looking for someone who is looking for a growth opportunity! We are willing to train, as long as you bring the hustle!

We pay salary plus bonus up to $150,000 a year .

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including test drives, negotiations, and vehicle delivery
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the dealership's inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate financing options, trade-in values, and monthly payments
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related paperwork and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to create an inviting environment for customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in luxury automotive sales or a related field is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills to perform calculations related to pricing, financing, and discounts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Sales Manager: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
