About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Client Management to join their dynamic, innovative team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a background in client management, capable of being a true partner to clients and leading teams to deliver the best agency solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction, retention, and service expansion. The VP, Client Management will manage a portfolio of key accounts, including the most complex and important ones, and will be the lead voice and trusted advisor, working closely with C-level members to unlock growth potential. Responsibilities also include developing and executing client strategies, advocating for and driving the adoption of client management practices, and managing commercial targets. The role demands exceptional communication, presentation, and social media expertise, as well as the ability to think big and develop long-term plans.Applicants for the VP, Client Management position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in client management, with at least 5-7 years' in a management or team leadership role.
