About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Account Management to lead its global accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, both as an individual contributor and a leader for the team managing the largest accounts. This role requires a proven leader with expertise in digital learning technology, capable of engaging in technical discussions with large clients across various markets. Key responsibilities include defining and executing business development plans, leading the account planning and review process, managing a team of account managers, creating thought leadership content, and coordinating with the marketing team for innovative campaigns.Candidates for the Vice President, Account Management position at the company should possess extensive experience in a senior global accounts management role, with a track record of success in managing enterprise-level accounts within the EdTech and publishing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with decision-makers in the target market, and a demonstrated ability to sell IT consulting and/or outsourcing services. Adept at relationship building and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, the VP will also be expected to lead a high-performance team and work effectively with teams across different time zones. The role is pivotal in the company's mission to improve the access, affordability, and sustainability of educational efficacy through advanced digital learning technologies.
