About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Assistant Treasurer to join their global Treasury operations team. The successful candidate will be a change agent, leading the transformation of the center of excellence for global treasury operations and driving operational improvements in critical areas such as cash and liquidity management, foreign exchange execution, and banking services. This role requires a "treasury athlete" with extensive experience in scaling treasury operations through technology and a proven ability to streamline and digitize processes for improved efficiency. The individual will also be responsible for partnering with the Treasury Infrastructure team and Information Technology to ensure global banking connectivity is optimized, as well as leading operational risk management initiatives and developing treasury operational controls, policies, and procedures.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with a preference for an MBA or MS, and at least 10 years of experience in a Treasury operations role, preferably in a senior management or leadership position. They should possess strong quantitative capabilities, system experience with treasury workstations and software solutions, and superior relationship skills. The role demands an entrepreneurial demeanor, a strong work ethic, and the ability to mentor and develop a team. The individual will also be expected to provide thought leadership, maintain a high degree of engagement, and cultivate strong banking relationships.
