About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Development for its Sportservice division. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving the effective negotiation and closure of contracts to foster business growth, as well as optimizing the business development process to ensure the best use of resources and systems. Collaboration with the construction team is essential to plan and execute location openings and renovations, with a focus on quality and return on investment. The role also involves meeting specific targets for new business, contract retention, and sales funnel contribution, as well as refining business development processes and tools for greater efficiency. Additionally, the VP will be involved in the development of partnership strategies to support the company's growth strategy.Applicants for the Vice President, Business Development role at the company's Sportservice division should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least 8 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a leadership background in the contract services industry. Hospitality experience is highly desired. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and marketing, operations, and client profiles, and demonstrate strong skills in sales, speaking, writing, presentation, and relationship management. The position requires the ability to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time, and at least 5 years' experience in developing RFPs or other new business development documents.
