About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Corporate Business Development to join their rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all corporate business development processes, initiatives, and budgets, with a focus on expanding the customer base, increasing PWIN, and coordinating growth with the leadership team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can prepare and execute business plans, develop new business opportunities, and maintain a formal Opportunity Pipeline Document. The VP will also be involved in front-end assessments of business pursuits, capture plans, and continuous process improvements, and will lead major capture plans as approved by the CEO. Applicants for the VP of Corporate Business Development position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and have at least 25 years' of relevant federal contract capture management and execution experience. A strong background in DOD contract capture, FAR, and experience leading a proposal team to win large federal contracts is essential. The role also requires experience in international marketing, contract management, and government relations, as well as a Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a quality-controlled environment and be adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to further corporate strategic interests.
