About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Clinical Excellence to ensure the quality, safety, and value of its clinical products and services within the healthcare ecosystem. This senior leader will be responsible for synthesizing and communicating the performance of clinical offerings, guiding operational and strategic innovation, and representing the company's clinical vision at external events. The role involves overseeing clinical quality and safety teams, clinical affairs, and health outcomes and economic research, and requires a strong background in medicine, with a current unrestricted MD or DO license, and significant experience in direct patient care and executive management.The successful candidate will drive a culture of quality and safety, scale monitoring and mitigation of risks, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a complex organizational environment. Key qualifications include a minimum of 12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in direct patient care, and 7 years in an executive role leading service and quality programs. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in cross-functional team management, and experience in a virtual leadership setting and integrated care environments. A Master's degree in healthcare or business administration is beneficial, and knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem and health policy is a plus. The VP, Clinical Excellence will be a pivotal figure in the company, supporting strategic growth and operational initiatives, and must have a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
