About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President II for its Office of Regulatory Relations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supervisory relationships and related processes with major regulatory supervisors. This includes serving as a central point of coordination and communication for regulatory exams, requests, concerns, and firm-wide regulatory matters. The role involves implementing communication plans to support the company's strategic initiatives and business goals, particularly in the context of U.S. regulatory relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing, editing, and communications, and will be adept at merging technical content into cohesive narratives with an enterprise focus. Additionally, the role requires the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with senior business stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for those holding a degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 12 years of related experience is preferred, with a background in the securities or financial services industry, particularly within a Risk, Compliance, or Legal function of a G-SIB. The role demands strong skills in writing, presentation development, editing, and project management, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and AP Style. Executive presence, grace under pressure, and a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines are essential. The candidate should be proactive, accountable, and able to identify and overcome obstacles, fostering open dialogue and collaboration across teams.
