About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Consolidated FP&A, a key leadership role responsible for leading the FP&A functions across the organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic thought partner, a change agent, and will be expected to optimize budgeting, planning, and analytical decision support capabilities. The VP of FP&A will also be tasked with preparing management reports, leading financial planning, business performance analysis, and enhancing long-term strategic plans. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of FP&A include playing a leading role in building a best-in-class FP&A organization, enhancing the annual financial planning process, and fostering a culture of rigorous and disciplined financial analysisThe ideal candidate will have 10-15 years' of experience in finance roles, including substantial experience in FP&A, and a proven track record of success in finance leadership.The role requires a hands-on, strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial modeling skills, capable of distilling complex data into clear, actionable reports. The candidate should have a quality-first, growth-oriented approach, and the ability to develop strong relationships within the C-Suite and business leaders. Experience in professional services, particularly in the biotech and pharma-based industries, is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will also possess advanced business acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to drive results in a high-growth and evolving business environment.
