About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Functions Automation Design Analyst at the Vice President level. This senior position is pivotal in providing technical thought leadership for the design of control testing automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full progression of automation requests, from requirements grooming to production deployment, and will be accountable for driving the deployment of these solutions. Key responsibilities include serving as an Automation Architect, identifying data sources for automation, developing code in various programming languages, and ensuring the quality and validation of automated testing results. The role also involves formulating the scope of automated solutions, leading complex projects, and managing automation request stories through the workflow.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field and at least 5 years' of experience in business requirements collection, data analytics, and programming. The role requires a high level of proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, or comparable languages, as well as knowledge of modern agile management tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, project management, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders on technical concepts. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead continuous improvement efforts are essential. The position demands an individual who is execution-oriented, adaptable, and can work effectively in a collaborative environment.
