About the Role

The Company is seeking a Control Testing Automation Design Analyst at the Vice President level. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire deployment lifecycle of automation requests, from requirements grooming to production deployment. Key responsibilities include serving as an Automation Architect, identifying data sources for automation, developing code in SAS, SQL, Python, and validating automated solutions. The role also involves leading and managing automation request stories, collaborating with peers on best practices, and driving the deployment of automation solutions through data and analytics disciplines.Applicants for the Control Testing Automation Design Analyst role at the Vice President level should have a Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in business analytics, data analytics, and programming. The candidate must be proficient in SAS, SQL, Python, or comparable languages and have a strong background in managing complex projects and agile management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. The position demands a leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to engage with stakeholders on technical concepts. The role is highly execution-oriented and requires the ability to adjust priorities quickly, demonstrate leadership, and manage through both formal and informal channels.
