About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Corporate and Strategic Finance to lead its global finance teams in driving strategic insights and financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the corporate finance team, overseeing business partnering finance for R&D and G&A, and directing the strategic finance team focused on key metrics and performance indicators. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in corporate finance, business partnering, and strategic analysis, ideally with experience in a high-growth environment. The Vice President will also be expected to partner closely with executive leadership to influence financial strategy, lead financial planning, and drive process improvements within the finance function.Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate and Strategic Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' of experience in finance, including at least 5 years' in leadership positions overseeing corporate finance functions, is required. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Experience in the technology industry, particularly with SaaS business models, is also preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex financial data into actionable insights, and be capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to changing priorities.
