About the Role
The Company is seeking a Custody Product Manager to support its Americas Custody Business. This role is pivotal in the midst of a significant transformation and digital innovation within the global custody market. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the custody product, engaging with clients to lead solutions and product enhancement, and driving strategic innovation. Deep domain expertise in global custody, particularly within the Americas region, is essential. The role also involves managing commercial growth, and business development, and working closely with the Americas Custody Head to set business strategy and investment priorities.Candidates for this role should have a seasoned VP/ED level with over 10 years of experience in Securities Services, including prior roles in product organizations, operations, and/or technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the custody family of products, including global custody, direct custody, and associated FX and cash products. Experience in leading complex change agendas, familiarity with industry integration tools, and a working knowledge of data visualization tools are also required. The role demands a team player with a consultative approach, who is comfortable working across complex organizations, and a proven track record of engaging with complex clients and translating their requirements into product capabilities.
