About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Customer Success in North America, with a focus on key accounts. This pivotal role involves leading a hybrid team that is dedicated to the success and satisfaction of the company's largest and most strategic customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product adoption, usage, and overall value for the customers. This is a hybrid position, combining elements of customer success and sales, and requires a "Customer First" approach to ensure the best outcomes for the customers. The role also includes owning renewal and retention outcomes, as well as identifying and capitalizing on cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of leadership experience in customer success, account management, consultative sales, or business consulting, preferably within a SaaS model. They should be adept at using data and analytics to make strategic decisions, and have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. The role demands excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities also include business strategy, performance management, talent development, and maintaining the financial integrity of the key accounts customer management department.
